Quick and Easy Grilled Lemon Chicken

Grill it up with this super simple chicken recipe.  You will make this one time and never have to use the recipe again.  


  • 1 lb chicken
  • Olive Oil to your liking
  • 1-2 lemons (depends on lemon size and how "lemony" you like it
  • Pinch of salt (I like to use thick kosher salt)
  • Fresh or dried Rosemary or other herbs (optional)


Step 1

Place chicken in a plastic bag (I use the freezer kind for extra insurance on no leaking).

Step 2

Add olive oil so that you have enough on there so it does not stick to the grill.

Step 3

Squeeze lemon(s) into bag.

Step 4

Add salt and herbs.

Step 5

Place in refrigerator and marinate from 30 minutes to 24 hours.

Step 6

Take out of baggy and place directly on grill and cook on both sides about 5-7 minutes depending on how thick your chicken is cut.
